AfroVisioN Campus
CAMPUSAfrica's Digital Workforce for the AI Era

We train and staff Africa's software engineers, product designers, DevOps engineers, AI support specialists and product managers on global teams. They work from AfroVisioN campuses where the power, internet, contracts and mentoring are already handled, so you only manage the work.

15 remote professionals placed with global clients since our 2022 pilot.

01 · The talent

Africa has the talent.

A young continent is producing one of the world's largest pipelines of digital talent: engineers, designers, operators and product people.

60%of the population is young
02 · The demand

The world has the jobs.

Remote hiring is now normal. Companies across North America, Europe and the Middle East are searching for great engineers, designers, DevOps, AI support and product talent.

03 · The wall

But a wall stands in between.

Unreliable power grids, inconsistent connectivity and the legal minefield of cross-border compliance. Global companies see risk, and pass on top-tier talent.

04 · AfroVisioN Campus

We take the wall down, brick by brick.

Our campuses are the managed infrastructure layer: solar-powered uptime, high-speed connectivity and Employer of Record compliance, all in one place.

05 · The result

Now talent reaches the world.

Africa's digital workforce builds for global teams from world-class campuses at home. Companies hire with confidence.

Five roles. One campus.

The digital workforce modern teams need.

We train and staff five roles that modern, AI-era teams rely on. Companies hire them ready to work. Talent joins to build a global career from home.

01

Software engineers

Build and ship web, mobile and backend products.

Frontend · Backend · Full-stack
02

Product designers

Turn ideas into clear, usable interfaces.

Research · UX · UI
03

DevOps engineers

Keep infrastructure fast, secure and always on.

Cloud · CI/CD · Monitoring
04

AI support specialists

Run AI-assisted support and keep models useful.

AI tools · Support ops · QA
05

Product managers

Plan roadmaps and keep teams shipping the right things.

Roadmaps · Delivery · Analytics
The managed layer

Power, paperwork and progress. All handled before day one.

Three things decide whether a remote hire in Africa works out: a desk that never loses power, a contract that holds up across borders, and someone invested in the person's growth. We run all three.

01

Guaranteed infrastructure

  • High-speed connectivity
  • Solar-powered uptime
  • Professional, collaborative workspaces
02

Employer of Record

  • Full compliance handling
  • Payroll and legal management
  • Reduced risk for global companies
03

Career development

  • Continuous mentoring
  • Upskilling
  • Delivery accountability
Why this works now

The wall got thinner. We finish the job.

Remote work, satellite internet and cheap solar each removed part of the problem. A campus puts them together where the talent actually lives.

Everything between your hire and your roadmap, handled.

Global teams rarely pass on African tech talent because of skill. They pass because of power cuts, patchy internet and compliance risk. We absorb all three, so all you see is the work.

Before you hire

The five questions every CTO asks first.

Who legally employs the team?
AfroVisioN does, as the employer of record. We handle contracts, payroll and local legal compliance. You direct the day-to-day work like any member of your team.
What happens when the power goes out?
Nothing changes for your team. Our campuses run on solar power with battery storage, so work continues through grid outages.
How reliable is the internet?
Each campus has high-speed connectivity, including satellite options like Starlink, so calls, deploys and code reviews run without interruption.
Where is the team based?
On our campuses in second-tier cities across Francophone Africa, starting in Cameroon. They work from campus every day with mentors on site.
How do you keep quality high over time?
Everyone gets continuous mentoring and upskilling, and we monitor delivery performance so issues are caught early.

ABOUTDeveloping the next generation of African digital talent

Empowering Africa's digital talent for the AI era.

AfroVisioN Campus develops the next generation of African digital talent and staffs them on global teams. We build the physical and digital infrastructure that remote work needs: power, internet, contracts and mentors.

Why we started

Africa has the talent. The world has the jobs. Yet power cuts, patchy internet and cross-border paperwork kept great tech talent out of reach. So we stopped waiting for infrastructure to arrive, and started building it ourselves, one campus at a time.

Pilot to platform

Proven first. Now scaling.

We tested the idea before we built the campuses. Here is where we've been and where we're going.
